🕒 Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Verification: All orders go through a standard quality check and verification process. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

✈️ Estimated Delivery Timelines

Because items ship directly from our overseas production partners, transit times are longer than traditional domestic mail.

  • Standard International Air Freight: 10 to 20 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery timeframes are computer-generated estimates based on historical logistics data. They are not guaranteed. Transit may be impacted by local customs clearance, postal backlogs, or global freight delays.

📦 Split Package Shipments

Because we work with multiple specialized factories, items in a single order may ship from different locations. If you receive one item before another, do not worry—the rest of your order is safely en route. You will be provided with distinct tracking numbers for each package.

🛂 Customs, Duties, and Import VAT

Shipments are dispatched as Delivered-at-Place (DAP). While small consumer parcels rarely trigger heavy fees, any import taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees applied by your local border agency are the legal responsibility of the recipient.
