We stand by the quality of our catalog. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package was marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

Due to cross-border logistics and public safety standards, certain items are strictly ineligible for return once opened:


  1. Pet Hygiene & Wellness: To prevent the spread of cross-contamination, items such as paw washers, grooming wipes, and pet beds cannot be returned if opened or unsealed or if they contain pet dander/hair.

  2. Unsealed Electronics: Smart devices, dash cameras, and auto tech cannot be returned if the factory shrink wrap is broken or if the unit has been permanently installed/wired into a vehicle.

⚙️ Reporting Defective Goods

If you believe your electronic or mechanical device is defective upon arrival, you must contact us thephoenixtoby@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.


  • Mandatory Evidence: To authorize a replacement or refund for defective items, you must supply clear photographic or video evidence showing the malfunction. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping Liability

Unless an item is proven defective via video/photo evidence, the customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to our designated warehouse. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for return packages lost in transit.
