Pet Hygiene & Wellness: To prevent the spread of cross-contamination, items such as paw washers, grooming wipes, and pet beds cannot be returned if opened or unsealed or if they contain pet dander/hair.
Unsealed Electronics: Smart devices, dash cameras, and auto tech cannot be returned if the factory shrink wrap is broken or if the unit has been permanently installed/wired into a vehicle.

Mandatory Evidence: To authorize a replacement or refund for defective items, you must supply clear photographic or video evidence showing the malfunction. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
